Hi, I’m Christian Torres.
I’m the founder of Stark Analytics.
I help executive teams simulate and stress-test high-stakes decisions before committing capital. When the stakes are real and certainty isn’t available, I build decision systems that make risk visible, clarify tradeoffs, and help leaders move faster with confidence.
Why I do this
I learned the cost of unexamined decisions the hard way.
I’m a former NYPD officer who served time in federal prison, including 18 months in solitary confinement. That season forced me to rebuild how I think. I became obsessed with systems, probability, and the reality that data can reduce risk, but it can’t eliminate uncertainty.
Today, that hard-earned lens is the foundation of my work: decision-making under pressure, with imperfect information, where the wrong move is expensive.
What Stark Analytics does
